My childhood memories

Childhood is the most sweetest and memorable period in a man’s life. Every man or woman has childhood memories. I have also some memories. Very often these memories are reflected on my mind in my loneliness. Whenever I remember my childhood days, I fell happy and delighted. I always remember the playground which was behind our house. I always used to play there with my friends. I and some of my friends used to row on the river, jump into it and swim in it. Sometimes we caught fish by the hook. The memory of my stealing fruits is very interesting. I was very fond of stealing mangoes, litchis, blackberries and other fruits with my friends. One day I and some of my friends went to steal mango in a certain tree. But the owner of the caught us with mangoes. We were trembling with fear. But the man did nothing. I shall never forget this memory.
The memory of the first day at school is still fresh in my mind. My father took me to the nearest primary school for admission. I was taken to the Headmaster’s room. At first, I got frightened. The Headmaster asked me some questions. I could answer them properly. I was allowed to get myself admitted into class one and went to the class. My classmates received me cordially. All of my memories are not joyful. Some are painful and heart touching. The death of my grandmother is one of them. One morning I heard the sound of crying from my grandmother’s living room. We rushed there. I saw my grandmother lying on her bed with a white sheet covering. I could understand that she is no more in the world. I was greatly shocked and wept. It was the first death scene in my life. I will never forget this sad event. Except some events, my childhood days were really happy. The happy memories of those days still fill my heart with great joy. I wish I could have my childhood days again.

Physical exercise

Physical exercise means the movement of the limbs of our body according to rules. None can enjoy without good health without physical exercise. It keeps good health and Promote strength. It also keeps him free from disease. There are many kinds of physical exercise like walking, swimming, running etc. Different kinds of game such as football, cricket, hockey badminton etc. are good forms of healthy exercise. All from of exercise are not equally suitable to all. All kinds of games are quite good for the young. On the other hand, walking is good for all age of people. Morning and evening are the best time of taking physical exercise. We should take exercise in the open air. We should not take exercise in empty stomach or immediate after taking a meal. Physical exercise is very necessary to us. Our life is full of activities and struggle. One can tackle by his physical fitness. It improve our health and makes a man strong and active. There is a proverb ‘‘A sound mind lies in a sound body”. If the body is unsound, the mind also must be unsound. A sound body depends on regular exercise. It also improves our power of digestion. It keeps a man free from diseases. Physical exercise is most important for the student. They do herd mental work. So they need sound body and sound mind which depend on regular exercise. Those who do not take regular exercise, soon lose their health. They do not find interest and happiness in life. Health is wealth. It is the root of all happiness. Physical exercise enables us to achieve this wealth. So we should take physical exercise regularly.
